Conversations with city officials and builders are ongoing to finalize plans and timelines.
Lansing, KS
Located on 124 acres, this project will deliver 412 single-family homes to Lansing. Annexation and approvals are in progress to enable infrastructure development and construction. The plans also include a dedicated park donation to enhance community amenities.
Whitetail Run - Raymore, MO
This upcoming single-family development in Raymore, MO, features 506 lots with 63 to 75-foot widths, offering an ideal opportunity for high-quality residential growth. Planning is underway, with ongoing discussions to finalize details and timelines.
Leavenworth, KS
Ad Astra is currently developing two residential subdivisions in Leavenworth, KS, offering a range of housing options for future homeowners.
Project 1: A 30-acre subdivision with approximately 120 homes is scheduled for completion and delivery by spring 2026.
Project 2: This 150-acre development will include approximately 350 single-family homes.
Both projects benefit from the land’s varied topography, allowing for a combination of walkout basements and slab-on-grade homes, ensuring diverse housing options to suit different needs. Discussions with the City of Leavenworth are ongoing regarding potential incentives to support the completion of these developments.
